Our Kids ECE Centres in Glendene, Glen Eden, and Onehunga are looking for adaptable, caring individuals to take on a crucial role as unqualified relievers. This position is perfect for those who thrive in diverse environments and wish to positively impact children’s lives.

Why This Role?

As a reliever at Our Kids, you'll provide essential support across different age groups, from 6 months to 5 years, stepping in as needed to maintain our commitment to quality care and education. This role offers flexibility in shifts and opportunities for growth if you're pursuing or considering a formal ECE qualification.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Adaptability: The ability to smoothly transition between locations and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Empathy and Warmth: A genuine desire to nurture and support tamariki in their learning journeys.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of ECE Principles: Familiarity with Te Whāriki and an interest in Pikler and RIE philosophies are a plus.
